    We operate a clinic for a school (we own the health records and staff the clinic) and the school's benefits firm is asking for claims data to include age, dates of service, diagnosis codes, etc. Do we need to delimit this information and/or does this fall under an exception as the employee's benefits administrator firm for the school? Also would it be better to get a BAA in place first to release this information as is? I am not extremely familiar with the HR side of how that works and what is allowed to release in regards to employer health plans.
