I'm curious to hear if your organization has adopted a Policy for Corrective Action Plans or a Corrective Action Plan Standard Operating Procedure?

We just did our annual review of our CAP policy. I attach it here in case it is helpful as you build your own! I'd also be open to any comments or suggestions as you do your research.

I have the same question. We have it documented in our Compliance Plan documents that we conduct Corrective Action Plans but was unsure if a formal policy or SOP was the way to go.
