Can anyone please identify/recommend most prominent regulatory risk assessment areas specific to telecommunication industry? Specific telecomm regulations that have frequent audit findings and are common subjects of risk assessments from the compliance standpoint?
Also, are you aware of any new and upcoming regulations for 2020 that should be on my risk assessment radar for telecomm/consumer side of business? Regulations such as CCPA/privacy, FCC/5G, financial?
