This may be a little off base, but there have been some ethical discussions on how to combat negative reviews on social media- Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn seems to be where candidates search for jobs. Former employees and employees we have helped succeed elsewhere often leave scathing reviews. The discussions have been around how to counter those reviews. Do companies recruit staff to leave positive reviews. Do you offer new employees options of leaving positive reviews at points of time during their on-boarding experience?
How can this be done in a ethical way? Some of this seems "targeted " to ask those that are doing well? Should you do it in a broad way and how does that "look or feel".
