    Good Morning.

I just overheard a conversation and found out that our company has signed up with a company that sells vitamins. We are an ophthalmology practice and the vitamins are for macular degeneration. If a patient signs up for an automatic delivery we get a rebate from the company. We will not be giving the company any patient information, if the patient elects to sign up then they will provide the company with their own info.

Our office manager has ordered cards to let the patients know if they sign up for this program then they will receive a rebate but we will also receive one.

Does anyone know - is that all that should be done? Should we have the patients sign something? Any other thoughts?
