"Frank, where do I start?" is a common question right now as people see more and more people getting their certifications and are now deciding that the time is right to start moving towards the objective of getting certified. Believe me, some of these folks now on the list sent the very same question to me in the past...and are now certified. A testimony to their commitment and dedication.
My suggestions for those getting started down the CHC or CHPC path...and are focused on using freely available documents:
As we get ready to start the New Year...I also suggest that even folks who are certified spend some time skimming through these fundamental documents as a refresher.
Good luck for folks beginning on their certification journey and for those continuing...stay the course!
