Below is a snip of the header for the next copy of the Fed Reg.  As can be seen...(this was posted Saturday)...it is already for next week following the holiday on Monday.  I remember during my session about the Fed Reg someone asked if the Fed Reg notice comes out only on the morning the day that the Fed Reg is published...and as seen here, it actually was published and available on Friday, May 28...3 days before the date shown in the header.
