For C&C...below are the results of the questions. I was very encouraged by the responses. I do believe this is a textbook example of an impermissible disclosure and 50 of the 56 respondents selected that response. Well done! Similarly, an impermissible disclosure by definition is a presumed breach...and even using a LoProCo assessment, C&C...given how the scenario was presented...a conclusion that the scenario represents a breach was selected by 54 of the 56 respondents. Again...well done! Now of course if people differ...GREAT...and all in the spirit of C&C.
