    Frank thank you for this AMs session!  Many take aways including great ways to remember things.  I also took away the WHY, WHEN, and WHERE Required Compliance and Ethics Programs came to be.  Thank you!

    A big THANK YOU Frank!  There were lots of takeaways for me, like Melanie.  I think my fav just might be the "Thumbs and Ears." That is one way I will never forget training and education!  Happy Friday and thanks again for these amazing sessions!

    I really enjoyed the way Frank was able to tie together the ACA with the 8B 2.1 from the FSG and highlight the way all these regulations are intertwined.
