407, 408, and 409 on CHPC

    For those working on the CHPC DCO...take a few moments as you do 407, 408 (currently posted) and 409 (will post today) because they all are very closely related.  By breaking them down as shown in the video...it can help you better differentiate the 5WH1 answers for each of the lines.

    For this reason...you can see the text for 407 when you work on 408...and when 409 is posted...you will see the text of 407 and 408.  A very good exercise within the DCO, in my opinion.
