  • 1.  upcoming exam

    Good Afternoon....I just joined this group to get a little advice.  I took the exam in Orlando in January at the Academy (I should have waited because I had a fever with a kidney infection) and I failed.  I am taking it at a test site in a few weeks and am trying to wrap my arms around what I truly should be reviewing.  I see from another post that the test today was heavy in SOX and FCPA.  Any opinions out there that could help?  Thanks.

    The test varies for each candidate. For example, it is possible that you may have one SOX question, 2 FCPA questions and several USSG Chapter 8 questions. After reviewing the Detailed Content Outline and Compliance 101, responding to the test scenarios requires the best approach in an effective program according to the resources so blocking how your organization does things will be most beneficial.
