Genuine, Tangible, Usuable Takeaways from the CI

I am curious to hear from folks onlist what kind of takeaways they are looking to take back to their organizations from the CI now that the brochure is out and people can get an idea of what is scheduled.  This may also prompt some of the speakers to come up with takeaways that might be in alignment with what some folks are looking for.  Can add a LOT of value to sessions.  Hint..hint.

    Thanks!

I tend to not have specific expectations going into CI, as I have found that I usually end up with more usable takeways from informal interactions (i.e. in Orlando last year, it was a lunch discussion about employee surveys).  Having said that, however, I am interested in strategies to strengthen engagement with clinicians (mostly physician, but also nurse managers, floor nurses, therapists, technicians, etc.) beyond the usual "training program" activities.  Thanks for starting a thread in this group - good to see!
