Does anyone have a visitor policy and procedure that they would be willing to share? Also, feedback on what you define visitors as would be helpful. Thank you!

    1.      Visitors must have proper authorization or be accompanied and escorted throughout the facility by a XXXXX employee

    a.      Any person who is not an employee of XXXXX but who needs access to a XXXXX facility or workspace shall be considered a visitor.

    b.      All visitors who proceed beyond the reception area, must sign the Visitor Log, be assigned a visitor badge and wear the visitor badge so that it is conspicuous.

    c.       A visitor who has not signed a Business Associate agreement or Non-Disclosure agreement, must be accompanied and escorted by a XXXXX employee when moving throughout the facility.
