We use a fairly new company; youCompli, we were using Mediregs and youCompli is really different. They analyze regulations and tell us what we need to do to comply. They also provide policies and procedures we use to comply faster. We can share all of this with the right people and ensure they completed the work.
I'm a lot more efficient, a lot more confident and we've got buy in from our employees using the system in the hospital.
PS: I noticed you're in MD, they handle our state regs (COMAR) and NCD/LCDs
We use Healthicity's Compliance Manager and Audit Manager. Compliance Manager is used for electronic compliance and privacy issue reporting, and interfaces with our Compliance Line hotline as well.
To agree with Marcia:
We recently went live with Compliatric (only about a week ago, but have been in implementation with the team for about 2.5 months prior to last week's go-live) and so far, have found it to be very helpful for us! Like Marcia, we are an FQHC and really liked some of the functionality that seems to align with FQHCs more so than other health care organizations, but besides that, the Compliatric team is really good on customer service and configuring the system to your needs versus just a stock software program that you have to figure out how to fit into your organization.
