We have some compliance references in our JD's. Our JD's are a little on the longer/more comprehensive side though.
The following are items we have incorporated: abuse reporting expectations, hipaa/privacy expectations, compliance reporting expectations, and that they will follow the Code of Conduct. Most JD's have a statement that they will report illegal or unethical behaviors. Supervisors have a little bit more with a statement about listening to concerns and ensuring staff understand their responsibilities under the CoC. We keep it really simple in the JD because the review of the Code of Conduct is part of the same process so we did not feel detail was really necessary.

Subject: Compliance Accountability In JDs
Hello everyone,
I'm curious to know if anyone here ensures that compliance obligations are clearly articulated in their organization's job description.
