    We ask about retaliation and if they are aware of anything illegal.

    Hello,
    This is not a response, but rather a question based on the original question.  My organization's HR department seems not to offer exit interviews.  Is this a violation of any regulations to anyone's knowledge?

    Freda,

    Not required by any regulations I know of...but if not done, it represents a missed opportunity to gather feedback about the organization, it's culture, and the way people work together on a day to day basis.

     

    I good source of information about potential issues that might not be apparent to management before they get out of hand.

    Hi Judi, here are the questions we ask:

    • During your time at IU Health Plans, did you observe any noncompliance that was not reported?

      During your time at IU Health Plans, did you ever feel pressured to keep something from the Compliance Team?

      During your time at IU Health Plans, did you ever feel or observe any retaliation against anyone?

    We have a fully remote workforce right now so we have to do it in a Teams 1:1 meeting or worst case scenario, through email.

    1.  Are you aware of anyone not following policies, regulations/laws?
    2.  Do you have any Compliance concerns with your experiences with our organization?
