    Hi all,
    I'm curious to know if any MAPD, MA or PDP plans would be willing to share how you plan to meet the new Medicare requirement for agents to record telephonic conversations with beneficiaries beginning October 1, 2022?  If you're already meeting this requirement, would you be willing to share how you're meeting the requirement? Are you using a vendor?
