Below is a list of "seven elements" as described in "Chapter 2: Foundational Materials and Program Infrastructure Essential Elements of an Effective Ethics and Compliance Program" of the The Complete Compliance and Ethics Manual 2022.
For those who attended Part 1...because this list also refers to a key document that we reviewed...I want you to think of specific examples as to why this list is both on target and also misses the mark which can sometimes lead to confusion among compliance professionals on what is required in order to have an effective compliance and ethics program.
For some of you sharp folks...there is a CLEAR hint in the paragraph above where one can find the answer.
