Hi All,
Passed my CCEP today at one of the PSI Testing Centers! I think we need to have an
@Caitlyn Tobey appreciation party because her study group is so helpful, and so many of us have passed because of her!
I will admit that I didn't study much for this one and leaned on my CHC experience from a couple of years ago. But reading Compliance 101, Caitlyn's study group, Federal Sentencing Guidelines, and just understanding how the exam works really helped.
Passing the test really comes down to how well you know the compliance concepts (7 elements, role of the CEP, FSG, etc) and deductive reasoning (removing the two answers you know to be incorrect and making the choice between the last two). A lot of the time, you'll know the answer based on the wording of the question.
Also, the test is based on 100 questions (even though you answer 115), and you need to get 75 correct to pass. So basically you just need to get a C.
I hope this helps, but I'm always free to anyone in this group if you have specific questions. Best of luck to those taking their test soon!
