Hi John,Have you considered delivering training as a manager-led discussion instead of pushing it out through your LMS? Then you can simply ask the manager or contract manager to attest that they had the conversation with their employees--contingent and full-time.
To accomplish this, you'll need to keep the training content concise and super relevant to the end-user (what exactly do you want them to do with no fluff), and provide talking points for the manager to cover the material, so it's easy for them.
