    We don't currently have a very robust training program, and we don't have formal policies/procedures around it.  I send our Legal Business Partners training material (usually a few slides) on a different topic each month, which they present at meetings with Business Unit Leaders.  I track attendance based on what they report back.  I am in the process of working with the team who manages our Learning Management System to prepare an annual training matrix.  This will allow me to better plan training topics, timing, and audience, and I hope to utilize LMS next year to better track completion.  I would like to be able to report completion rates to the Board as this is rolled out next year.
