I recently completed a pilot physician documentation tips booklet for Compliance Week. I have received some feedback from physicians and gained some insights during Dr. Betty Bibbins Clinical Documentation Improvement presentation in Dallas. We being developing a final produce. I also published an article in the Journal of Health Care Compliance concern compliance for the small providers. I used the Single Physician and Small Group Practice OIG Guidelines.
