Tips on selling ethics to everyone in your company (in the 21st century!):

1. Pixar pitch
Enlist the power of stories to get your message across.
Once upon a time ___. Every day, ___. One day ___.
Because of that, ___. Because of that, ___. Until finally ___.

2. Subject-line (in emails)
Emails are a pitch, a plea for attention, to engage.
Must be useful or peak people's curiosity.

3. Rhyme
Increases "processing fluency."
So make your company's good, understood!

4. Questions
Use the power of active questions, versus passive statements.
How can we improve our company's culture?

5. Twitter
Give bite-sizes of useful information.

6. One-word
Equate your company with your core values.
