Subject: Web-Based Hot Line

We work with approximately 7,000 people.  Many of our employees work in a cubicle arranagement and have expressed concern about other co-workers overhearing their vocal concerns.  Because of this, about 4 years ago, we implemented an on-line access to our hotline.  We have experienced approximately 1 of every 15 calls is from an employees desktop.
