CHC certification exam in summer 2010. Graduate-level studies in health care corporate compliance at The George Washington University. Client representation in the protection of and compliance with laws related to drugs and biologics in the federal government, pharmaceutical companies, and law firm sectors. Experience researching, drafting and analyzing policies, procedures, and federal and state statutes and regulations. Effective analytical skills to assess business needs and risks, and develop strategic practical solutions. Successfully communicate with corporate management on complex issues, regarding best practices and tactics for persuasively interacting with government agencies and courts of law. Strong conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage practice group, projects, timelines and multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Partner effectively with others and comfortable in fast-paced environments. Open to relocation, and can begin work immediately.
