I am seeking opinions as to who is the best suited person within a hospital facility to function as the RAC Coordinator.  Would there be a conflict of interest for the Compliance Officer to function in this capacity?

I have just been hired as Compliance Officer and Utilizqation Review Coordinator at a small rural hospital. My job will include review the charts to prepare for a RAC audits
