Please share your experience / insight how the percentages of charts (per doc, per group) that s/b audited within the auditing period ... such as 2% of 5% of all patient care encounters - do the stats vary from inpatient to outpatient? what about variances within a payor mix? Guidelines are appreciated ... Bridget
